Made to order items ship within 2 weeks, via USPS First Class unless you’ve chosen Priority Mail at checkout.

Orders over $400 ship via UPS Ground

Orders over $500 will require a signature via UPS

International orders ship USPS First Class international

Canada orders ship UPS International Ground

Customs and VAT fees are not included in purchase price. Please see your local import laws about what to expect when ordering internationally

Return/Exchange Policies

I do not accept returns, as my items are handmade to order, just for you. However, I do accept exchanges and/or modifications.

If there was a manufacturing defect, please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll find a speedy resolution

Custom orders are not exchangeable or returnable. However, modification requests can be made.

If you need a resize and/or a stone replaced, I’m here to help!
